What are the 2017 Passport Wine Event dates and hours?

  • Weekend Events: April 22-23 & April 29-30 from 11:00am – 5:00pm; Location: TBD
  • Winemaker Dinner: April 21 and April 28 with a check-in at 5:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm-9:00pm; Location: TBD
  • Pre-Flight Event: April 21 and April 28 from 3:00pm-5:00pm; Location: TBD; Open to Legacy VIP guests

What's included with the purchase of a Weekend or Sunday Only Passport?

El Dorado Passport holders will enjoy:

What do I use as my ticket?

A confirmation email will come from via Ticketspice, please print out this confirmation, or have it in digital form on the day of the event. You will be asked to show this confirmation when you arrive at the starting winery you selected.

How do I receive my Passport?

In order to receive your Passport, you must check in at the winery you selected, on the day of the event. The winery will distribute your Passport supplies for the weekend.

What happens if I misplace my confirmation or ticket?

Drop us an email at or give us a call at (800) 306-3956 and we'll resend your confirmation.

I purchased tickets for the wrong weekend—can I switch my ticket?

Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I can no longer attend the Passport Wine Event—can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, you are able to transfer tickets to another party. To do this, please give us a call.

Do I have to start at a specific winery?

Yes. In order to receive your official Passport, you MUST check-in at the winery that you selected when you purchased your ticket. If you forgot what winery you selected, drop us an email or give us a call.

Is there a limit to how many people can start at each winery?

Yes. This year, we will be limiting how many guests will be able to start at each winery. Starting winery selections will be on a first come, first serve basis. So the sooner you purchase your ticket, the more likely it is that you will be get your first choice of starting winery.

Can I switch my starting winery?

We ask that guests remain at the starting winery they chose. However, we sometimes are able to make changes. So give us a call and we will try our best to make it work for you.

Can I participate if I am under the age of 21?

No, you may not. All ticket holders must be 21 or older to participate.

Can you provide us with transportation?

No, we cannot. You (or someone in your group) are responsible for your own transportation. We do have some cool things planned for DD's as well as outside transportation services that can be found here.

Is parking available at each winery?

Yes. Each winery will have parking available.

Are the participating wineries providing food for Passport holders?

Yes, all of the participating wineries will provide some sort of food options to Passport holders ranging from signature dishes, to small bites perfectly paired with a selection of wines. Check back here in February for each winery's offerings.
